The house in the movie,”A Christmas Story” is an actual house that you can book an overnight stay and it is located at 3159 W 11th street, Cleveland, Ohio.
Yes, Christmas is just about here, and before you know it will be a new year, and we will be writing 2024 for the year.
Make your real estate plans for 2024
This year will be gone and all but a memory, and new buyers and seller will find it easier to move on with their plans.
As for me, I do not see prices making any major adjustment up or down this coming year.
Home prices are high but paying rent and not buying a home of your own, even at today’s interest rates, does not sound like a good idea.
As for, homeowners that want to move a get on with their plans and decide to stay and wait for a better market also does not sound like a good idea.
Remember, real estate will go up and down and owning a home, even with a 30-year mortgage, is better than renting a house, condo or townhouse for 30 years.
Christmas is only a few days away, and making your plans for 2024 should be on your list of things to do before the end of this year.
