AI is a tool and cannot replace a real estate agent.
The use of AI (Artificial intelligence) is on the increase and can be very helpful in the buying and selling of real estate.
Buyer can find AI a useful tool to help find information on neighborhood, schools, and communities that has the most walk able access to parks, schools, transportation etc.
This can help them narrow their search and find a home that will suit their needs.
AI Is A Tool
AI is a tool, and like all tools, it can help get the work done.
And for sellers, AI, again, is a tool that can help with information and help answer questions.
Yes, AI is a tool, but if you don’t know or understand how to use that tool, it can be more of a problem then help.
AI is somewhat new and who know what it will be able to do in the future.
But as of today, it’s not going to replace the real estate agent’s experience and knowledge who has worked with people both in the buying and selling of real estate.
A real estate agent can personally help with real estate questions and needs.
Knowing what to say, then to say it and now to say it is what an experience real estate agent learns and helps build their negotiating skills.
Then there is the paperwork, from purchase contract’s to property disclosures.
Knowing what a client’s needs are, how to write it into a contract, making sure all paperwork in done correctly and items are disclosure, is a big part of what a real estate agent needs to know.
The last thing you want after buying or selling a house is to end up in court because of a problem with the paperwork.
Then the last question you may ask which I have gone over in past articles is the different between a real estate agent and a Realtor.
Realtors are real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of Realtors.
Realtors are held to a higher ethical standard than real estate agents and must adhere to the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
