When you start looking to buy your first or second home, you should start by knowing what you can afford to buy, the next step is where to buy?

Now that you know what you can afford and the area you what to buy in, you need to actually check out the neighborhoods?

You need to ask yourself, what are you looking for, and here are a few questions you may want to ask yourself.

One is safety, is the area safe for Children, is there nearby parks or playgrounds?

Do you need an area where there are nearby restaurants, grocery stores or shopping centers?

Or maybe you need nearby pharmacies or schools?

If you are not working from home, you will need to consider the time and cost to commute to work?

What to look for in a Neighborhood.

And your list can go on and on depending on what you can afford and where you want to move to.

You may not be able to get everything on your list, but you should have a list of what you are looking for in a neighborhood you are thinking of buying a house in or moving to.

Another thing you may want to do is actually go out drive and even walk the neighborhoods.

Ask questions of the people that live in the neighborhoods and get a feel of the neighborhoods and its surrounding area. Have a real estate question or need,
